Website & service request terms.
Quick Response Towing Services LLC operates this website from 8701 Central Ave, Capitol Heights, MD 20743. These terms explain website use and voluntary customer requests for towing and roadside help. A separately agreed service authorization or written estimate may contain job-specific terms. This site does not create terms for police-directed or non-consensual towing, impoundment, or storage.
1. Emergencies and safe use
Call 911 for injuries, fire, or immediate danger. This website and Quick Assist are not emergency communications services. Do not operate the site or Night Beacon while driving or standing in traffic. Use the beacon only from a safe stationary position when coordinating with an arriving driver. Avoid flashing-light features if you are sensitive to them; a reduced-motion device setting uses a steady light.
2. Requests require confirmation
Submitting a form, opening a text message, or receiving a request number does not confirm a dispatch, a price, equipment, or an arrival time. Dispatch must respond and confirm the job. Coverage is Washington, DC, Prince George’s County, and Montgomery County, subject to exact location, conditions, and available equipment. An estimated arrival is an estimate and may change.
3. Quotes, additional work, and payments
Ask dispatch to explain the service charge, mileage, access, equipment, fuel, and any other applicable charges before authorizing service. A change in vehicle condition, location, destination, or required work may affect the quote. Any proposed additional charges should be explained and authorized before additional work, except where law or an immediate safety requirement dictates otherwise. Do not send payment-card or bank details in website notes. Payment methods, timing, and receipts are confirmed with dispatch.
4. Cancellation, refunds, and concerns
Contact dispatch promptly to cancel or change a request. A cancellation or other fee must be disclosed and agreed where required; these website terms do not establish a blanket cancellation fee or a blanket no-refund policy. Refunds, billing questions, damage concerns, and service complaints are reviewed based on the agreed work, records, and applicable law. Contact us with your request number, date, and description of the concern. Keep relevant receipts and photographs where available.
5. Vehicle authority and accurate information
You must own the vehicle or have authority to arrange its service and transport. Lockout assistance may require identification and proof of authorization. Give accurate location, vehicle, drivetrain, damage, keys, access, and destination details. Remove valuables when safe, and follow the operator’s safety directions. Do not misrepresent ownership or use the system for unauthorized access to a vehicle.
6. Communications and privacy
When you submit a callback number, you request service-related contact about that request. This is not consent to marketing. Choose your preferred contact method and tell dispatch if you want to change it or stop texts. Carrier charges may apply. See the Privacy Notice for request data, GPS sharing, staff access, and optional analytics choices.
7. Tracking and automated tools
Tracking depends on submitted updates, permissions, connectivity, and driver sharing. It may be delayed or unavailable and is not a guaranteed arrival promise. Keep private tracking and driver links confidential. Quick Assist uses preset automated guidance and cannot diagnose a vehicle, authorize a tow, provide a binding quote, or approve payment. See our AI and automation disclosure. Contact a person at dispatch to confirm material details.
8. Repair partners and outside services
M&A Auto Repair & MD State Inspection is a repair partner. You choose your agreed towing destination. Repair scheduling, estimates, authorization, warranties, and charges are separate from towing. Links to outside websites do not replace their own terms or privacy notices.
9. Fair use and consumer rights
Do not misuse private links, access other customers’ records, interfere with the site, or submit false requests. Reasonable measures may be used to protect the system. Nothing here waives rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived under federal, Maryland, District of Columbia, Virginia, or other applicable law. Nothing restricts honest reviews, lawful complaints, or contact with regulators. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive liability where prohibited by law.
10. Contact and changes
Call (202) 834-2546 or email info@quickresponsetowing.com for dispatch, billing, service concerns, or questions about these terms. Future updates will display a revised date and do not retroactively change an already agreed service authorization.
